Challenge - Middle management needed to understand drivers of encompassing ROI metric across all business units and functions
Solution - Designed, developed, and delivered a customized executive leadership development program for a FMCG. Integrated (1) financial and strategic content, (2) client business issues, financial statements, and metrics, and (3) a total enterprise business simulation.
